We had a 25% off coupon for breakfast between 6am – 11am and decided to use it.
When we first entered the Denny’s there is a very large placard with the words “100% Customer Satisfaction”.
We were seated at a booth and it had been previously wiped down with a damp cloth. I was not aware of this and sat down resulting in my jeans becoming wet. The wettness was enough to soak through my jeans and touch my skin.
It was about 10am, President’s day, and our server seemed to be over worked.
He was handling about 5 tables, 2 of those tables contained 6 or more in their party.
We placed our order at about 10:20am. We didn’t our food until 10:50am.
We had Biscuts and Gravy and an Ulitmate omlete with one coffee and one water.
Our server returned with regular refills of coffee after the 2 larger parties got their food, but before that was almost unseen.
Overall, it was a subpar. I was not 100% satisfied. I most likely would go back if I wasn’t in a rush or had more time to relax.
Scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. I would give it a 4.
